Summary: We process incoming Telegram messages solely to transcribe audio and trigger your configured preset replies. We never sell your data, and transient audio files are deleted immediately following transcription.

1. Information We Collect

When you interact with Wispy or connect your Telegram account, we may process the following categories of data:

Telegram Identifiers: Your unique Telegram user ID, chat ID, username, and business connection ID.
Messages & Content: Text messages, voice messages, and video notes received in chats where Wispy is active, solely for speech-to-text transcription and preset intent matching.
User Configuration: Your custom bios, pricing rules, response templates, and private CRM notes saved via the Mini App.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information strictly for:

Providing real-time speech-to-text audio transcription via Groq Whisper;
Evaluating incoming customer inquiries against your active presets and delivering automated replies;
Tracking human takeover windows (smart suppression) so the bot yields when you reply manually;
Persisting your tenant settings and customer notes in a secure database.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

To deliver real-time AI capabilities, we interface with trusted cloud providers:

Telegram Bot API: For message transport within the Telegram platform.
Groq Cloud: For high-speed Whisper speech transcription and intent routing. Audio buffers sent to Groq are processed in-memory and not used for model training.

4. Data Processing Authorization & Cross-Border Transfers

With respect to messages and data from your client chats, you act as the Data Controller directing Wispy (Data Processor) to execute automated transcription and preset responses.

Cloud computation providers (Groq Cloud, Cloudflare) operate servers internationally, including in the United States and the European Union. By using Wispy, you explicitly consent to international data transmission necessary for service delivery and represent that you have obtained any necessary authorizations from your chat counterparties.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Transient audio files (.oga, .ogg, .mp4) downloaded from Telegram for transcription are deleted immediately after transcription is completed. Database session records and client notes are stored under your tenant ID. You may request deletion of all associated data at any time.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, including encrypted HTTPS/TLS communication and HMAC-SHA256 initData validation for Telegram Mini Apps.
